We offer a 7-day return policy for items with manufacturing defects. If you discover a defect in your product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it for a one-to-one replacement. Items eligible for return must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

No, return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will process the replacement within 7-10 business days.

Yes, you can exchange an item for a different color, size, or model, provided it is in stock. Follow the same return process and specify that you would like an exchange.
